SHIPPING POLICY

HobbyHorse Art will be in touch with you after we have received your order to discuss delivery. Once the goods have been dispatched, then you will receive another email confirming this. We use Royal Mail and charge £5 for unframed artwork and £25 for framed artwork (due to the weight)

RETURNS POLICY

In order to cancel a sale, complete and return the CANCELLATION FORM by email to info@hobbyhorseart.com with ‘Cancellation of Sale’ as the subject. 

 

Cancellation before dispatch of goods:

 

If you cancel the sale before the goods have been dispatched, then you will receive a full refund from HobbyHorse Art within 14 days. Please use the CANCELLATION FORM to cancel your order.

 

 

Cancellation after dispatch of goods:

 

-You have 14 days after you receive the products to cancel the sale and receive a full refund subject to the products being returned in the same condition in which they were received.

- If the products are returned damaged, then the refund will be reduced to reflect the reduction in value. 

-The refund will be within 14 days of HobbyHorse Art receiving the products.  

- If the products are being returned because they are damaged or faulty, then HobbyHorse Art will refund the price of products in full together with delivery charges incurred in sending them back to HobbyHorse Art. 

-If the products are being returned because they are unsuitable then we shall only refund the value of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item. 

- We suggest that you send items back to us through via tracked post as we are unable to refund the value of items lost in the post. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
