Morn Robson is a contemporary artist originally from Cornwall but now living in North Yorkshire. Having left her financial career in the City of London, Morn has enjoyed reconnecting with her love of art and especially painting. Working mainly in oils, her focus is on light and texture, seeking to capture the spirit and very essence of her subject. Paint is applied thickly, often impasto-style, with visible brush strokes and palette knife marks used to create a dynamic, vibrant impression for the viewer. Flowers are a particular favourite, but Morn also specialises in landscapes, seascapes and interior scenes.
